Our first Philanthropist Dinner took place in April 2019. These dinners are an opportunity for like-minded philanthropists to socialize and share their experiences and visions for philanthropy in Houston.

Nonprofit Symposium
Meet many missions in a single day.
Our annual nonprofit symposia allow philanthropists to get to know a large number of faith-based nonprofits all in one day in a no-pressure environment. We do not share philanthropist contact info with the participating nonprofits or any outside groups or individuals, so it is a safe space for both philanthropists and nonprofit representatives alike.
Each year, nonprofits from several different mission areas are invited to apply for the opportunity to present their organization at the Houston Philanthropy Circle. Committee members then select a set number of nonprofit organizations to participate, based on the submitted applications.
This very special event enables the Houston Philanthropy Circle to bring more philanthropists together to make a transformative difference in these nonprofits who are reaching out to the underserved in the Houston–Galveston region.
Philanthropists hear from vetted faith-based organizations and engage in enriching discussions, network with like-minded individuals, and explore avenues for collaborative philanthropic efforts. Site visits are available, though attendees face no solicitation for donations.

Nonprofits Apply
Nonprofits from several different mission areas are invited to apply for the opportunity to present at the Houston Philanthropy Circle.
Committee Vets
Committee members select a set number of organizations to participate, based on the submitted applications.
Missions Presented
Selected nonprofits present their mission across areas such as Education, Healthcare, Family & Faith, and Social Services & Resiliency.
You Decide
Site visits are available and contact details stay private. There is no solicitation for donations — the next step is always yours.
