Our first Philanthropist Dinner took place in April 2019. These dinners are an opportunity for like-minded philanthropists to socialize and share their experiences and visions for philanthropy in Houston.

Nonprofit Symposia
One Day…Many Missions.
Our past nonprofit symposia have allowed philanthropists to get to know a large number of faith-based nonprofits all in one day in a no-pressure environment. Nonprofits from several different mission areas were invited to apply for the opportunity to present their organization at the Houston Philanthropy Circle. Committee members then selected a set number of nonprofit organizations to participate, based on the submitted applications.
This very special event enabled the Houston Philanthropy Circle to bring more philanthropists together to make a transformative difference in these nonprofits who are reaching out to the underserved in the Houston–Galveston region.
Philanthropists heard from vetted faith-based organizations and engaged in enriching discussions, network with like-minded individuals, and explored avenues for collaborative philanthropic efforts.
